Tanya Ellis
Tanya Ellis completed her nursing degree at Flinders University in Adelaide in 1997. In 1998, she relocated to the UK and worked as the senior clinical nurse with UK's largest cosmetic surgical group, Transform Medical Group based in the London clinic. After working at the London based clinic for 2 years, Transform Medical Group offered Tanya a work sponsorship to continue living and working in the UK but Tanya decided Australia was home. Upon returning to Adelaide in 2000, Tanya worked for a local cosmetic medical practice, training in cosmetic injectable fillers and skin treatments.
Highly recommended by Collagen Aesthetics, Tanya began working at Heber Davis in Sydney in 2002. Under the guidance of Dr Geoffrey Heber, she studied advanced injecting techniques and is now one of the clinic's leading injectors.In 2004 Tanya became the Cosmetic Injectable trainer for Doctors and Nurses with the Heber Davis Skin Academy and represented Heber Davis at the IMCAS conference on cosmetic medicine and ageing skin in Paris, France.
Tanya specialises in injecting and offers expertise in treatments including volume enhancers, dermal fillers and anti wrinkle injections.
Tanya is currently on maternity leave and will be available for bookings after Easter 2012.
Jenny Young
Jenny Young completed her Nursing Certificate in 1973 at Royal Alexandra Hospital for Children. She then went on to complete her Midwifery Certificate in 1974 at Royal North Shore Hospital.Jenny left Nursing in 1975 to have a family of 6 children and returned to Nursing in 1994, working in the post Natal unit at Castle Crag Private Hospital.
In 1999 Jenny became one of the first Registered Nurses to work at Heber Davis Skin Clinic and was also one of the first nurses to be trained in Laser hair reduction and Cosmetic Dermal Filler treatments at the practice and in New South Wales.
Jenny Young returned to the practice in November 2005 after working throughout various cosmetic clinics in Sydney and specialises in treatments such as anti wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and skin treatments for rejuvenation. She also offers expertise in laser hair reduction treatments and laser treatments to improve redness, capillaries and pigmentation.
Megan Smith
Megan Smith joined Heber Davis in 2004 as a Clinical Aesthetician after working as a Beauty Therapist for several years. Whilst working with us Megan completed an Advanced Diploma in Health Science (Aesthetics Therapy). She subsequently completed her Bachelor of Nursing degree before becoming an International and National Trainer for Ultraceuticals Skin Care. She returns now to join our nursing team and brings with her extensive experience and knowledge about the skin and its rejuvenation. Megan specialises in skin treatments such as microdermabrasion, light peeling and ultrasonophoresis as well as injectable anti-wrinkle treatments such as dermal fillers and muscle relaxants.
